On warm summer mornings, Kiko the rooster is the first to wake up. He opens his little eyes, shakes his feathers and greets the Sun.

Then climb to the highest pole in the chicken coop for all the world to see. He knows that his job is one of the most important on the farm: to wake up all the animals with his kikiriki.

Once his mission is accomplished, he goes out into the field and looks for an apple that has fallen from the tree to peck at.
